Canada-based Lauren Toyota is a sassy, outspoken plant-based food lover. Her heart lies with creating plant-based versions of comfort classics we all know and love, like mac & cheese, burgers, and cheesecakes. You name it, and she’s got a plant-based version! We also highly recommend her fantastic cookbooks. For those who prefer video recipes, check out her very popular YouTube channel.

Gaz Oakly’s plant-based food is stylish and elevated. With fantastic food photography and a wide range of recipes, there is something for everyone. We especially love his juicy burger recipes: the Korean-style vegan ‘shroom burger is definitely worth a try! Gaz also has a well-loved Youtube channel you can check out.
