We collect the following categories of data:
PII data includes your name, email address, password, postal code and country of residence.
The data about your CO₂ emissions consists of the answers provided in the CO₂ calculator questionnaire and the data collected in the background via the dynamic calculator.
The analytic and technical data includes page/screen views (when you visit web pages and app screens) and details of any issues you encounter. This data is anonymised.
In order to estimate your mobility CO₂ footprint, and assuming that you grant location tracking permissions to the Scone app, we track your location, even when the app is not in use.

Your personal data may be transferred to third countries or parties outside the European Union. These transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws and safeguards.
We retain your identification data until you request its deletion or close your Scone account. You can delete/close your scone account at any time, either via the app (in the settings/account settings menu) or by emailing us at privacy@scone.ai. However, we retain CO₂ emissions data on an anonymous basis for further analysis and improvement purposes.
In all cases, we commit ourselves to immediately delete data once it is not useful anymore for the described purposes, as we also commit to the data minimization principle of the GDPR.
